This policy explains how and when Paavan Parv orders are delivered.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. If a pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and refund your payment, if any.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed fresh and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. During the Chhath season and other festivals, this may take a little longer because of high demand.

3. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. The delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee.

4. Shipping charges

• Orders of Rs. 499.00 or more: free delivery.
• Orders below Rs. 499.00: a delivery charge of Rs. 60.00.

The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking your order

You can follow every step from packing to delivery on the Track order page or in My Account. Once the courier picks up your parcel, you also get the courier name and tracking number.

6. Delivery attempts

The courier will try to deliver to the address and phone number you give. Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails because of a wrong address or no response, the parcel may be returned to us, and we may ask you to pay the shipping again to send it a second time.

7. Damaged parcels

If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it or note it with the courier, and contact us within 48 hours. See the Refund & Return Policy.
