These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Paavan Parv website and to every order you place with Paavan Parv Food Co. ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Paavan Parv is operated by Paavan Parv Food Co., G T Road, Opp. FCI Godown, Gopalpur, Ward No-54, Asansol Municipal Corporation, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal - 713304. You can reach us at info@paavanparv.com or +9162943163866.

2. Your account

You need to create an account with your name and mobile number to place an order.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Give correct details. We may cancel orders that carry wrong or incomplete information.

3. Products and prices

We sell festival foods and puja items. Pictures are for reference and the actual product may look slightly different.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices, offers or availability at any time. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
Food products are made in small batches. Weight may vary slightly.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when we accept it, which you will see in your order tracking.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown by mistake, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we refund the amount in full.

5. Payments

You can pay by cash on delivery (where available), UPI, or online through our payment partners Razorpay and Cashfree.
We do not store your card or bank details. Online payments are processed by the payment partner on their secure pages.
If an online payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is usually returned by your bank or the gateway within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Coupons and offers

Coupons and bundle discounts are valid only for the period and conditions shown with them. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw them if they are misused.

8. Food safety and allergens

Our products may contain or be made near wheat (gluten), milk, nuts, seeds and other allergens. Please read the product description and check with us before ordering if you or your family have any allergy. Store products as advised and consume them within the period mentioned on the pack.

9. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is abusive, false, unlawful or promotional. By posting a review you allow us to show it on our website and social pages.

10. Intellectual property

The name Paavan Parv, logo, photos, text and design on this website belong to Paavan Parv Food Co. or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver safe, fresh products and accurate information. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control such as weather, strikes, courier or network problems.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Paschim Bardhaman (Asansol), West Bengal.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
